Steddle runs the claimant side of class actions and collective redress as a service. It finds the case, builds the platform where claimants register, builds and verifies the book of claimants, and runs the notices, registers and transfers a collective action needs. It works with litigation funders, counsel and claim foundations. ### Is Steddle a law firm? No. Steddle gives no legal advice and does not represent claimants. Counsel of record and the claim foundation run the litigation. Steddle runs the operation behind it. ### Why does the claimant side decide a collective action? Under the Dutch WAMCA a court first decides whether a collective action may proceed at all, and it decides on documents: whether the foundation represents its class, whether the funding leaves control with the claimants, and whether the register can be evidenced record by record. That is the claimant side, and it is decided before anyone argues the harm. ### Where does Steddle work? Steddle is based in Amsterdam and starts from Dutch collective redress under the WAMCA. Its claimant platforms take registrations from across Europe, in the claimant's own language. ### Where does the name come from? From the staddle stone: the mushroom-shaped pillar farmers set under a granary to raise it off the ground. It keeps the harvest dry and the rats out. ### What are Bron and Send NDA?
